Our Japan learning trip from 9 to 14 April 2024 was an eye- opener.  We witnessed their values of cultural strength to self- regulate and self- discipline in safety, housekeeping and quality aspects which is a tall order for us to achieve due to the cultural diversified foreign workforce in Singapore.  We shall promote ownership and adopt feasible initiatives to continually improve our QEHS and Project Management standards.
