On 7 Aug 2019, BHCC volunteers served as guides for ABC Waters Trail @ Kallang River (Bishan-Braddell), an event hosted by PUB.

This event aims to educate and raise awareness of the public on Singapore's water history and and most importantly to promote stewardship for our water resources and the need for everyone to play a part to keep our waterways and reservoirs active, beautiful and clean.

During the trail, our volunteers shared stories and key facts with the public about Kallang River, including the history, reservoirs, ABC Waters sites and role in water management (flood control and catchment).

We hope all BHCC staff will appreciate the value of water and be motivated to make every drop count in our daily lives and on site.
